Orders once placed are final.

Returns will be entertained in case of damaged goods only. The order has to be returned to us with the original packaging, with all relevant documentation within 3 days of delivery.

The buyer will have to ship the goods that are being returned. The shipping cost for returns and reshipping will have to be borne by the buyer. Returns in case of damage caused by not using the product as per instructions as per our page How to use a Bindi will not be entertained.

Fancybindi.com will issue a credit note equivalent to the purchase amount (excluding delivery costs). No cash refunds are given. However, should an item be faulty – it will be replaced at no extra charge. Please note that items returned do not become responsibility until received by our mail order department. We request that the goods are returned by a recorded delivery service.
